Welcome to Security Finder. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Security Finder website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, submitting a lead request, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Security Finder is a lead generation platform that connects consumers seeking security services ("Users") with security service businesses ("Service Providers"). We facilitate introductions but do not provide security services directly.

• Users can submit requests describing their security needs
• Service Providers can create profiles and receive matched leads
• Service Providers may purchase credits to unlock lead contact information

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Security Finder is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Service Provider Obligations

If you register as a Service Provider, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information, including licensing and insurance status
• Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• Maintain all required licenses, permits, and insurance for your services
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or service capabilities

5. Credits and Payments

5.1 Purchasing Credits

Service Providers may purchase credits to unlock lead information. All credit purchases are processed through our third-party payment provider (PayPal). Prices are displayed at the time of purchase.

5.2 Refund Policy

Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law. If you believe a lead was fraudulent or contained materially inaccurate information, you may contact our support team to request a review.

5.3 No Guarantee

Unlocking a lead does not guarantee that you will win the customer's business. Security Finder does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any lead information.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or spam lead requests
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or Platform systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
• Resell or redistribute lead information obtained through the Platform
• Use automated systems (bots, crawlers) to access the Platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Security Finder. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee any Service Provider's qualifications, work quality, or reliability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Security Finder and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Security Finder from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
